About

I am a Consultant Gynaecological Surgeon with over 35 years experience in different aspects of general gynaecology.

I was awarded my MD degree at the University of Leicester for my studies on the endometrium and management of menopausal symptoms. I am also an accredited endoscopist, providing a wide range of minimal access surgery (keyhole surgery) to improve recovery times for my patients.

I qualified as a consultant in 2002. I am always looking for ways to improve outcomes for my patients and have a special interest in the minimal access surgery, management of menstrual disorders, management of Prolapse and pelvic floor surgery.

I am accredited in laparoscopic surgery and colposcopy. I also provide treatment and advice for early gynaecological cancers. I regularly attend conferences and stay up to date on the latest developments in my field.

I pride myself on listening to my patients and providing an excellent service. I aspire to provide an inspiring example to my two daughters.

I have interests in travelling, reading and sports.
